CVS Pharmacy

Hard to find! - walked all around the building and ended up where I started and had to ask inside the sporting goods place. Turns out the location is INSIDE the Target store, on the 2nd floor of the Target - at the back, near the escalator. Signage (outside) the Target, and streetside, would have helped a lot to provide way-finding clarity and ease of navigation. Came in for two vaccines. They were given efficiently at the scheduled time. Don't bother using the online scheduling tool/app. It's not helpful. Trying to change a location or time and it will bork itself and be unresponsive. Also, the current CVS location you are at may not show up, even though you are standing within it. why all the bad reviews?? this is my primary pharmacy and I've never had any issues with them. Sometimes the line for prescription pickup is long but they are always really quick to respond to refill requests and updates. I show up with the pickup barcode and have never had any issues. Recently got my flu and covid vaccine here and the process was really fast, convenient and straightforward.

The inability of the management here to create clear instructions and signage on how and where customers should line up is truly incomprehensible. If the goal is to drive folks to an online pharmacy, they are doing a fantastic job. Edit: CVS, yes I have submitted store feedback. And I’ve been told I’m not the first one. It’s your turn to actually do something about it.

Just had the worst professionalism from majority of staff here. The first girl was new and I can understand English wasn't her first language but I wasn't comfortable giving her my ID card when it wasn't needed. She wasn't able to answer one of the questions I had so she passed me off to the person to the side of her. Again, that's fine, but no communication was happening. The person she passed me off to's computer was malfunctioning or something so I ended up standing there for 5 or 10 min. Finally, I just asked the one question I had and they were easily immediately able to answer it. Then they just weren't able to invoice me out so I had to wait for a third person to get my medications to pay out. I had to call CVS with a question about the status of my prescription which was on back order. Instead I get an AI bot that cannot seem to answer that question and cannot transfer me to a human. So the only way to get an answer was to drive all the way to CVS and talk to someone in person. Really?
