CVS Pharmacy

Staff is very friendly, I always prefer this one over the other one, or the one in Westhampton, or Holbrook. My only complaint is that they are always out of pork rinds, but that really stems from unrealistic expectations on my part, they always have everything else I need.

They don’t answer the phone they let you talk to someone AI For 15 minutes gettingnowhere. You can’t get a live person it’s absolutely awful. I will only deal with someone where I can talk to a real person.

This store has a utmost respect, helpful and caring people that work here.I appreciate everybody plus the pharmacy for always helping me and my needs

My experience at the Pharmacy Drive thru today at CVS in Riverhead was lovely. The associate was professional , cheerful, and even gave my Granddaughter stickers ! Marisa was a big hit with us today in-every way! Thank you 🙏 I am adding to this for a current review from July 21,2023 I had to wait a bit longer than usual and it took a few extra minutes to locate my large order. None of this bothered me as I understand the ways things work in stores and service industries. The woman behind me was very disturbed by her wait and even got out of her car twice. It made me a somewhat uncomfortable as she also beeped a few times. I went to pick up a prescription and got on the line for the drive through. It was before closing time, 6:00. They take a few cars ahead of me, then shut the window. Nobody came out to stop cars from waiting on line. So I went into the store and asked to pick up my prescription. They told me they close at 6 and to come back tomorrow. I’ve never been at a store waiting on line and had them shut down and tell me no. I asked to speak with the store manager. The pharmacist told me there was not a manager available and that I would have to wait until the next day to pick up my prescription. So I asked for whoever is running the building, she told me she was. When I again said I was on line, nobody came out to stop cars from getting on line and they just shut the window, she told me they could
