Messed up my medication multiple times. Doctor has sent in 10mg 3x and they've only given me 20mg, and I keep having to split the pills. Was also told they won't accept a GoodRx coupon because I have insurance. What the heck!? Update: Visited the pharmacy today because after trying to switch my medication to a different CVS to avoid coming here, one of my prescriptions was sent to this location by accident. When I asked the pharm-tech if I could use a GoodRX coupon, her response was, "Why? We've already gotten it down to $13 for you." How dare you! You have absolutely no idea what my financial situation is, and why would you NOT want me to be able to afford my medication? In what universe is that EVER appropriate to ask? Krunal is Absolutely the Best!!! I say this because he is always incredibly supportive and caring , while providing great help and invaluable insights. Krunal exemplifies class, empathy, care, and understanding the importance of the customer experience. I am in awe of this level of care, compassion, ownership, knowledge, and class. It is incredibly evident to me that he is an incredibly invaluable asset for the organization. Pathetic People and Pathetic treatment of customers. They can come after break at 2:03 but they can't give you medicine even when you standing there 18:59 that we close at 19:00. Avoid this place if possible. Hope you get what you deserve

I could not get my vaccination shot because “it was too close to the time to close”, although there were 15 min to close. Lazy workers, don’t put patients in first place.
