CVS Pharmacy

I was in emergency room on Jan 29. Could not get one of my prescription until February 2. Cannot talk to the pharmacist by phone at no time. Personnel not friendly. Always the same at this CVS. I only use this CVS because it's convenient to my home for emergency. When you call the pharmacy the recording says someone will return the call within 24 hours. No one call.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Customer Service! I had an amazing experience at CVS in Miami Gardens on NW W Ave. Andy was absolutely wonderful — very fast, helpful, and kind. My daughter was out of insulin, and he went above and beyond to help us get it quickly and even resolved some insurance issues right away. Truly grateful for his excellent service and care. I have to change my review, used to be bad the customer service of here but now it is more than I expected. They change not only the pharmacy how is look also they change the people or at least they give a good training of customer service and the pharmacist ( a woman ) she is very helpful and she took her time to talk with the regular customer. It is nice see a place get better also are not big line and they try to be fast with good customer service. Tengo que decir que el servicio al cliente cambió un montón, no hay líneas largas y veo que por lo menos hay un poco de empatía hacia el cliente. Han mejorado la atención al cliente y la farmacéutica es atenta y amable.

My experience of getting my flu shot was awesome! They took me an entire hour earlier. I really appreciated them being so accommodating.

Best service! Came in for vaccines and I was done very quickly! No line and everyone was very friendly! Thank to Ana at the drop off counter. She created my profile and was fast! The tech also was very professional.
