CVS Pharmacy

If I could give them -10, stars I would. I just left the CVS in Macungie and had the worst experience. The physician that I went to send a prescription to a different pharmacy and due to the hours that they were closing, I requested the CVS to call and get the prescription transferred and filled they flat out refused not only the staff but pharmacist Tran told me that they were too busy and they didn’t have time to accommodate my request. Customer service is a thing of the past and if you’re expecting that from this pharmacy, you are not gonna get it.

I made the appointment for a vaccine online. I was notified via text at least twice about it. My appointment time was honored and I received my shot and a $10 off $20 coupon too.

So many mistakes made so many times. Honestly they have actually made me start using Amazon pharmacy. They cost less than CVS and I don’t worry about them screwing up my insurance, refills, or anything else. While the people are nice they are either understaffed or slow. Either way it should not take half and hour to court five minutes to fill a scrip that was turned in yesterday

I was in-store for a pick pick-up at the pharmacy. I was the ONLY customer. There was no one at the drive-thru. The 5 women who were working at the pharmacy chatted and laughed amongst themselves all the while ignoring me. I waited 7 minutes before someone came to help me. The service was awful. Ladies, you have to do better.

This CVS has so many issues it's hard to know where to begin. First, I have gotten several prescriptions filled here, and have requested easy open bottles. But I never get easy open bottles. So today after using the telephone prompts to request a refill, I called back and spoke to a person, asking them to check to be certain I got an easy open bottle this time. I also told the person I had a Good Rx coupon for my prescription, but they would not accept any information over the phone. This afternoon, when I went to pick up the prescription at the drive through window, I held up my phone to show the coupon. I doubt the person could even see the coupon.
