Complete Care at Lehigh Center

I had a mixture of experiences with this facility some bad some good. But last night that was very upsetting. Both my parents are currently in their care. When I called last night to try to resolve the issue with my Dad I get hung up on and this is not the first time that this has happened. It is Iso unprofessional to just hang up on someone because you don’t want to hear what they are saying. I work in a nursing home myself but when I left that nursing home last I was tears. It felt like the staff I was dealing with was not listening at all. We all need to do better for our elderly or we shouldn’t be in this field. Where the Compassion??

DO NOT SEND A LOVED ONE FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY!!!! My mom went to this facility after a hospital stay due to falls at home. She is now home, and in worse condition than when she went in. The physical therapy was supposed to make her a little stronger, but she is a lot weaker.

My wife Sharon was a patient twice. Each time the staff was always courteous, patient, understanding and competent. Their rehab work is right on to further the goal of getting her back to normal. Everything was positive, including the administrative staff. When an insurance issue cropped up early, it was handled quickly and Monica put me at ease. Thanks again.

Awful experience my grandmother is currently staying here and the disrespect from nursing staff toward her is unacceptable. She used the call button in her room, for help to use the bathroom. It took them 40 minutes to get to her, that is unacceptable. The nasty words the nurse Merica said to her along the lines of “ she was a bad patience” are we serious? Your job is to help people and you treat them with the disrespect. She is 86 and she doesn’t deserve that no one does. Your job is to help people if you don’t wanna do that you don’t work there it’s simple. But learn how to treat your patients with respect they deserve. Awful place. Don’t go here unless you want a terrible experience.

Complete care of Lehigh Valley is the best center in this county, my husband has been there a couple times staff, nursing, and there rehabilitation services always kept me informed on how he was doing. Also he loved the food and he liked how friendly every one was. We give them a 5*.
