CVS Pharmacy

By far the most incompetent pharmacy I've had the displeasure of visiting. The first time they couldn't find my medicines for 10 minutes because they misspelled my name even though I literally spelled it out for her, then she refused to check the spelling after I said "maybe you misspelled my name..." Okay, no problem, just slow and somewhat annoying. The next time, they asked my birthdate and I said "2/3/1994" and the dude said "no when's your birthday" well sir its 2/3/1994 or February 3, 1994. Not sure how to be any clearer. Also very slow this time. The final 3 times I went I walked out empty handed because they refused to give me my medicine because I am 5 months pregnant. The medicine that my OB prescribed. And called to confirm I can take. The medicine I've been on for 3 years th

This pharmacy tried to give out a ladies prescription to a guy named Joey. The lady said "Susan Johnson? You're not Susan Johnson?" straight to this guys face. He said "no I'm Joey." multiple times. They then tried to fill Joey's prescription for a completely different guy. Joey in the back had to say "No, I'm Joey" or they would have potentially cashed a guy out for multiple prescriptions that were not his. I heard a lady behind the counter talking to a customer say "I'm computer illiterate.". Wait... what? I had to pick up glucose monitoring supplies for my pregnant wife. They received a generic prescription from the doctor for an insurance covered meter, test strips, and lancets. They gave me test strips for a meter that is no longer made. The only person who had a clue was the poor CVS

Usually can find what I need or want in the field. My RX pharmacy. Close to home. Prefer the extra care option to other pharmacies in the area

Terrible Pharmacy! They don’t care to answer the phone at the pharmacy and don’t return phone calls. They employees hide behind the impersonal kiosk which is an excuse to ignore people

Was super helpful after having to have a delayed prescription transferred to them & completed quickly!!!
