I have left a review on CVS website! I cannot speak for all CVS pharmacies. If you go to the CVS in Hopkinton, you are guaranteed most times to be waiting in a long line! They are understaffed I am sure. And do not go there at 1 o’clock in the afternoon! Because they will send you away.. I work in retail, and I would never send somebody a way, when I could probably quickly help them! I will search for a new pharmacy, I am sick of the wait time in line.And I did not like that I was sent away as well.
The pharmacists at CVS are very professional, helpful and caring. They take the time to answer questions, help you with insurance and make sure you are a satisfied customer.
