Simply Orthodontics Hopkinton

My latest interaction with the Simply Orthodontics office was dissatisfactory. I needed a new set of night retainers and came back to them because I got my initial ones with them after Invisalign treatment. They charged me $500 for both (top and bottom), but one of the two was coming back pretty loose - they tried three times and every time the top retainer was loose. After these failed attempts and over three months of waiting, they offered me to produce one retainer locally, not via Invisalign. Locally made retainers are typically thinner and less durable, it looks and feels different. When I asked to adjust the total price to partially reimburse for one retainer because it was made locally from a different material (not Invisalign), they refused, saying it cost the same in their office

This negative review is for Simply Orthodontics as a company. I was referred to this company by my child's pediatric dentist. My insurance unfortunately did not cover the appliance my daughter needed and the cost of services would have been 5-6K. I had asked the Orthodontist if I could pay for a specific picture/scan to send to my brother in another state (He happens to be an Orthodontist). The Orthodontist at this office stated that should not be an issue and to speak with the front desk. After all, once this issue with my child's teeth were corrected I would come back for braces since I did like this doctor/office staff. I was informed by the front desk at a later point that their company would not allow the picture/scan unless ALL services were done through Simply Orthodontics. The

I have had an exceptional experience with Simply Orthodontics and used them for both braces and Invisalign. They do a wonderful job making all patients feel comfortable in a welcoming environment and they also have the most competitive prices locally. The Doctors are thorough in explaining the treatment needed, working with Beth in finance is a pleasure and she is kind and helpful with all needs in this area, and Kaelyn is a huge reason why both of my kids have had a positive experience, she is knowledgeable, kind, thorough and makes each appointment more enjoyable. I cannot recommend Simply Ortho enough!

Wonderful and kind people! From the receptionist, to the doctor, they are very kind. They were patient in explaining everything and took great care of my son.

I am a new patient at this office and so far, everyone has been wonderful, especially the Office Manager Beth. They have been very welcoming, informative, kind and thorough, incredible follow up. The office is modern, clean and roomy with the latest technology and everyone has been professional, yet friendly.
