I've been getting a weekly massage for 2 years. Her technique and strength have been consistent the entire time. That isn't easy. Jo-Ellen is a true professional. Jo-Ellen had recommended adding CBD to her massage gel to ease my joint discomfort; but I was reluctant. Silly me. I now use it weekly and my joints are pain free for days. It’s 2025, I’m still going weekly. She recently changed her massage routine on me. She found some nooks & crannies that needed attention. I’m sure these modifications are more demanding on her. It demonstrates her skills and commitment to her profession.

I'm so grateful for the session I had with Jo-Ellen. I am a first time mom recovering from a difficult pregnancy.
