CVS Pharmacy

I would put 0 STARS!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! They dont even want to help my husband finding prescription and literally kick us out for no reason! Even the hospital stuff that send the prescription said they send ut over and instead of them trying to help they kick us out. Changing my pharmacy now. THANKS CVS😒.

Been going here for over 30 years. No more. This has turned into the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. So many of the people in the pharmacy are rude, disrespectful and incompetent with the pharmacist being the lead clown of the circus. Bye bye CVS.. The response below is a joke too. I have been waiting for a call back from the district manager for over 2 months. Every time I call them the answer is "They're still working on it. They will call you back within 48 hours" LOL. It's been 1000's of hours already. The clown show goes straight to the top!!!

As I was forced to use my AEtna OTC credit @ CVS I shopped for vitamins and supplies,etc.,only to find the entire isles hidung all the bottles behind yellow $5 stickers. I should have taken a picture,it looked hilarious. You can't even see the products you're looking for. Thanks to a helpful employee who discovered the fish oil for me. Plus I don't need 2 of anything to get a discount price. Or a near toilet sized receipt with confusing bounce back and coupons. Just keep that drive thru open so I can get my overpriced prescriptions faster. The store appeared to be clean.

I tried dealing with a small hometown pharmacy ~ it sucked! No app, phone system didn’t work right, employees openly talked about the customers! Changing was best decision I ever made! I get alerts when my scripts are ready, they have an app, rewards card, are extremely discreet!!! Excellent!!!!

Worst experience the pharmacist or pharmacy technician answered the phone and was so rude. I couldn’t even even finish asking the question they hung up on me. I will never walk or step foot in that store ever ever ever again.
