CVS Pharmacy

Came through the drive through at 5:40pm and waited a lo g time, after 25 minutes wait, We pressed the button and the response we received was “ we are taking care of the patients inside the store”. They did not allowed me to tell them to alternate, otherwise , what is the point of the drive through?????, it is not a Drive & park! The line behind us was of five cars and they started to leave.

Had to wait over 5 minutes to be acknowledged by staff ant drive through even though she saw me and over 25 minutes as the first car in the drive through to pick up medication that was ready to be picked up.

Not great service. The pharmacist couldn't understand my English, I had to repeat basic information many times. She also came off as curt, rude and rushed even though there wasn't a line.

I normally write reviews, but, this time I wanted to. I went to the Urgent Care and needed a prescription ASAP. I went to 1 CVS and was told it wouldn’t be ready until 3pm even knowing that it was a medication that I urgently needed. I called the Milestone Parkway location and explained my situation. Pharmacist, Dr. Angela Morrow let me know that my prescription would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived in little under 10 minutes and it was still ready when I get there. I also had another prescription that I dropped off and there was only a 5 minute wait for that… This was indeed the QUICKEST and EASIEST experience I’ve had at ANY CVS. Dr. Morrow, thank you for providing THE BEST service ever. She mentioned that they do triage medications based on urgency, which mine was one to be consider

Waited over 1 hour at the drive thru window. Initially she said it would be a 5-10 min wait. I patiently waited. They gave no status updates. They just let me sit here. At 25 min I pressed the call button and he said it would be a 20 min wait because they have to serve customers inside before the window. If you have to leave people sitting at the window for that long, your drive thru window should not be open. That was ridiculous. I get your busy, but you can't just ignore people like that and give them wildly inaccurate wait time estimates. Edit: I wrote this while sitting at the window. I've had to edit the amount of time I've sat here 4 different times now....
