CVS Pharmacy

Staff here is SO much more helpful than my previous CVS a few towns over. This location has called to let me know my prescription is out of stock and provided me with options. Previous CVS let me be out for over a month, then I had to prompt pharmacist for alternatives after Drs office suggested what to ask them. Staff here seem like they genuinely care about their clients and enjoy being there, even when it is incredibly busy. People working the inside counter today were pushing people through so fast but didn’t feel rushed at all.

Scheduled an appointment online with them, the other day, which was very easy. When arriving today, the woman at the pharmacy I spoke with was polite and professional, after answering my questions she had me go behind the little area sectioned off with the white screen divider, to wait for her to give me my shot. A few minutes later she arrived to administer the shot, which she did quickly and painlessly, Then I browsed around the store to see what interesting items they had.

Love the drive up window to pick up prescriptions after they text your phone. Only issue, is the automated message plays while they are asking you questions to verify it's you.

Fast friendly associates make sure you have the EXTRA CARE CARD and pharmacist i believe his name was Dr. Tom he gave me a few shots i am afraid of needles and he understood and I didn't even feel any pain even after a few days had passed best shot I have ever gotten even better than the Military air injection 💉 prices are lower with the extra care card and all the money you save with the coupons and if you get your shots there it's covered by most insurance so free.

CVS pharmacy has completely gone downhill I have had my prescriptions there for many many many many many many many many many many years but now it takes forever to get a prescription. And now you can't talk to a person in the pharmacy you have to leave a message and their app is horrible I can call the 800 number every single time I use the app to get my prescription delivered and I have a care card Plus. They need to hire some more help in the pharmacy or they need to train them better and they never shut a window when there's one person left in queue at lunch time they should take care of the person or persons that were in line prior to the lunch break
