Regardless of whether I’m asking questions about a prescription, change in insurance, or just picking up a refill, Chair City Pharmacy employees have been consistently respectful and helpful. It is wonderful to have an alternative to the national chain pharmacy options in town. Highly recommended!

The " Best" Pharmacy "Ever"!! Amazing service, knowledgeable pharmacists, pleasant clerks, and pharmacy itself are immaculate! And the Delivery Men are Top Notch! You can't get service like that ,in any chain store Pharmacies.!

The ONLY good thing about this place is the delivery drivers. 5 stars to each of them. I had a antibiotic that needed to start immediately and Prednisone...instead of sending the entire order they sent my inhaler, thus forcing me to have my script transferred due to their negligence. Also, noted over a month prior was that I do not arrive home until a specific time. They keep messing with my medication management by not abiding to that time. There is no option to pay online and I refuse to buy checks just to mail it to them for them to say they never received them. Additionally, the staff are RUDE and hang up on you. With the attitude they display when I call I'd rather not give them my card information either. They'll have to figure out a better system. Better catch me on a good day be

This is by far the best pharmacy I've ever had. They are never super busy, so there is little to no waiting. Any medication they don't have in stock is ordered immediately, and nine times out of ten, available the next day. Everyone that works there is super friendly and knowledgeable, so the whole experience is great every time I go in.

The pharmacy goes out of their way to make sure I get medicine(s) that I need delivered to my home they always do it with care and professional. I love working with all the employees. I recommend anyone who needs a respected team, you want be disappointed
