Wachusett Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

I have been to the facility 3 times and each time the aids were awesome. Especially Katlynn Pam Jackie Kim jay and Nicole.My nurses were great anytime I called for help they came. The facility did a great job in finding me awesome roommates!!! Maria and Christ from therapy helped out tremendously and were personalable. The activity team always makes me smile.Amanda kept my moral up. Sean in maintenance took care of every need I had. Natalie the billing lady is really really helpful. Courtney the unit manger was helpful with setting up meds, oxygen economy for discharge and answered all my questions about meds. Katie, the Director of Nursing helped me out greatly with Everything from room changes to med changes to dr appts and finally to my discharge. All the staff will be greatly missed.

Highly trained and skilled staff with great compassion . Top notch management with a wonderful administrative team and Director of nursing with amazing experience and leadership . Highly recommend this facility.

I just spent three months here after a medical illness. When I arrived, I could walk, stand or take care of myself. With the help of the PT team here led by Bob, I am now walking, climbing stairs, and standing. My endurance, strength and balance have all greatly approved. A+++ to Bob and his team. The CNA's I had especially Pam (a supernova of love and caring) and Nikki were amazing. The Nurses especially Winchel and Irene treated me with dignity, were there if I wasn't feeling well and taught me about the new meds I have to take. The Activities department ran daily and varied programs to keep people active. Amanda, Shannon and Heidi were delightful and fun. Sonya the Social Worker helped me with any issues, a real problem solver. Just about everyone I met there were kind wonderful people.

My brother is a long term resident at Wachusett Rehab and Nursing and I have nothing but positive things to say. My brother is well cared for and happy. They are wonderful in communication if something is going on with him. The nurses are wonderful in how they interact with him. The support staff is also very communicative and attentive. His social worker Sonya has been incredibly helpful with his case and I appreciate everyone’s intentional care.

My mom has been at Wachusett for over a year now. I can't say enough how fantastic the whole staff is . The nurses, aides, p.t., administration, activities, housekeeping, and maintenance are all wonderful. The menu and kitchen are excellent as well. Everyone and each department makes you feel like they really care about their residents. I recommend Wachusett Nursing and Rehabilitation Center to anyone looking for a professional and caring facility for their loved one . Thank you everyone, Diane Mriglot
