CVS Pharmacy

Very quick to fill my prescription and I only waited a skort time to pick it up. Much diffetent than my experience at Walgreens where cistomers are transferring prescriptions to. I think CVS is a wonderful plusvto this community. Thank you

The staff is very rude. I called to check on a medication pickup through their drive-through right after having surgery. The person I spoke with was extremely dismissive and cut me off before I could even finish my question, simply saying they couldn’t help. I understand they may be busy and have policies to follow, but a little politeness and empathy would go a long way. Very disappointing experience.

Terrible never again find anywhere else. Wait 15 minutes in the drive through watching new people get served before me then they tell me my meds are 87$ because it’s not ran through insurance. Never have ran it through insurance always goodrx saves a lot of money Bartells auto did it for me but fine I’ll just have them do that. Now I’m told to go inside to have them change it, ok fine don’t know why we couldn’t do it there but that’s fine ok. Wait another 10 minutes then told they will use a cvs coupon it’s now 20 bucks then told to go wait in line again now. 10 more minutes later I get to the counter with my goodrx code for 9$ and ask that be applied to only be told I would have to go wait in another line then come back to the original line and wait again. I paid the 20 and will never eve

Man in green shirt doesn't like kids,he thought we were stealing when my 5year old saint of a brother accidentally hit his knee. He was giving serious diddy vibes. Pretty sure he's colorblind, but that's the type of thing to bring up at the beginning of a conversation ya know? He was too preoccupied being creepy and emo that this middle aged man didn't care about our safety or well being. All of his fiery words were spat through the gap between his teeth. His words felt like a thousand flaming darts in the absolute Aztec temple that is this cvs. He was very rude and doesn't care about people. We didn't catch his name, but I think it was rude boy. I will be coming back but only for fugglers cuz we have coupons.

Leave it to giant companies to make something worse. Bartell's was bad enough, but now we can't even use CVS because they won't accept our insurance. A state employee insurance that I have had for 20 years. Needless to say we won't be spending a dime at CVS.
