Pharmacy Manager Monique H. The experience at this pharmacy was horrible. There was a mistake made on their part and instead of doing the right thing taking accountability, they put me through so much just to fill my CHILDS medication. The supposed pharmacy manager was put on a 3 way call with the insurance provider (the pharmacy claims they don’t call insurance companies but I know better) Monique H was her name and she was unbelievably rude! She was telling the insurance rep not to talk over her (the rep wasn’t even speaking when she was speaking). She got loud about n the rep and pretty much refused to do her part to rectify the situation. Complaints have been filed to the proper people and more will come tomorrow. As an advocate for my child I won’t tolerate any disrespect when it come

To anyone who’s sick of this pharmacy and specifically the pharmacist named Monique. Go to the cvs in Dundalk much better people and customer service. Had issues months ago and this place couldn’t even call me back. This place is a joke, hopefully it gets shut down soon

CVS pharmacy service is terrible. Long wait times, long lines for pickup. They are understaffed more often than not. It seems they're always short on medications & waiting for a delivery. Or they have to order your medications & it will take uo to 3 business days to arrive. I have made multiple complaints with the Corporate office & nothing has changed. If you can find another pharmacy I would recommend you go with them.

Always friendly and courteous are we there to help you have a question. Never had a problem with CBS. Love them

Most of the employees are nice and the service is pretty fast. However, I dropped off a paper prescription with a white lady with glasses and came back when she told me to. When I got there I told the lady at the counter my information and who I gave it to. She tried to pretend she’s never seen me before and declined ever receiving the prescription. The lady at the consultation desk was sweet and helped me fill it but telling someone “you don’t you just got here” isn’t solving the issue. It seems like many of the employees don’t want to take accountability for their mistakes and that doesn’t feel good as a customer. There’s plenty(every time I come in it’s at least 6-8 people) of them back there so I’m not sure how something like that gets missed. Someone needs to seriously talk to the whi
