My dad, Charles, was at Autumn Lake Riverview twice, for short-term stays. He was well taken care of by the nurses and the techs. The physical therapy is the absolute best. He had PT, OT and group therapy regularly. The Social Workers and admin staff were always there to quicly answer questions. After his first experience there, there was no question where he was going for rehab the second time.

We had a horrible experience. My grandma was there for maybe 10 days and she fell twice, left unsupervised for hours, every time we arrived her diaper was soaked, she was forgotten to be given lunch multiple times, they were giving her a medicine for her liver that WAS NOT HERS, she did not need that medicine… and so much more. My mother arrived her last night there and called an ambulance HERSELF because they didn’t want to. Her oxygen was dangerously low and she had a fever after her most recent fall in their care. A nurse at the hospital she was taken to said that she would have died. My grandmother was laying in a bed in there dying while the people working had no idea, or didn’t care I’m not sure. They weren’t friendly when you walked in the door, if you asked for help it felt like an

I don’t have any complaints with my mom 2 week stay at Autumn Lake at Riverview. The staff was absolutely awesome. To be honest, I was thinking the worse in the beginning because most nursing/rehab facilities get a poor grade but a Riverview exceeded my expectations.

Awful experience with my mother. Was at this facility for approximately 4 weeks. She lost 25 pounds due to poor nutrition as discussed in other reviews. After 3 or 4 trips to the ER each weekend, decided we had to pull her out of here. After taking a leave of absence at work, was able to get her back to health with home health care in about two weeks. Very sorry I ever let her stay at this place. One thing that amazed me was that we took her home from the ER on November 1 and no-one from this facility ever contacted us to see where she was. At the last ER visit, we were shown a bed sore that was never disclosed by Autumn Lake. Please do not bother saying "please reach out to us and we are very concerned", because me or my sister were there almost everyday and the care was terrible.
