If you were referred to this Dental Group I heavily suggest you read this whole thing. I was referred to Dental Group of Essex to get my wisdom teeth removed. Unlike any other doctor's office or dentistry I have experience with, Dental Group of Essex did not handle conversations with my insurance company and required me to get my consultation approved with my insurance company. This was very confusing and frustrating, because there was a lot of vocabulary I didn't understand and a lot of back and forth. My insurance company needed different codes and information from the Dental Group that wasn't provided to me despite being required to communicate with the insurance company myself, so getting my consultation approved took several days.
