Reina, Trinity, Leisa, you make a wonderful and strong team. You constantly help my mom and I with such kindness, respect, and reassurance. We are very grateful for the three of you. Thank you for your patience and energy that you all put into helping others. We are genuinely thankful, and we will continue to put our trust in this pharmacy.

We can't thank Weis Pharmacy in Essex enough for their kindness, continuous help and genuine care, as well as their knowledge and patience. Reyna, Trinity, and Leisa you come in everyday and help hundreds of people a day. You do it with a smile on your face and with such genuine hearts. If no one tells you this, "You truly are Appreciated. Thank you for everything you do for everyone."

Even when you have proof they never filled a prescription Reina the pharmacist and the woman with the K tattooed on her hand will tell you they put your medication back but how is that when my prescriptions came on the same day and it's a 10day rule for all medications? So you either put it back early or never filled it (which i know is what happened) and instead of apologizing and filling it quickly I'm told I'll have to wait because other prescriptions have priority. How when you missed filling this one shouldn't it then become priority? Take some accountability and just so you know when coming up with a lie make sure the person on the other side can't read your lips! Now they are refusing to fill any prescriptions although they gave me even more evidence to support the fact they never f

The service at this pharmacy used to be good, but it has significantly declined. There are ongoing issues, and the staff appear insufficiently trained and unfamiliar with their own system, often providing incorrect information. I will be transferring my prescription elsewhere—this experience has been a waste of time.

We are very grateful for Weis Pharmacy in Essex. My mom transfered to this location and they are very good. I appreciate their kindness and care that they provide with each patient. My mom and I were confused over her medication. We called and spoke to Trinity who was absolutely Kind, Patient, and Exceeded our expectations. She didn't guess any answers and she got the correct info that we needed. She also was very reassuring and also made sure to tell us to get one of our questions answered by the appropriate doctor. We really appreciated Trinity and how professional and caring she was. Thank you!
