CVS Pharmacy

They refused to assist me when there was a mix up in CVS Pharmacy’s and my prescription was sent to the wrong location. I called the wrong location and explained it to them, they then told me to reach out to the correct pharmacy (this one) to have it filled there. When I called, they said the prescription was expired and there was nothing they could do and refused to assist and told me to call the other CVS to have it transferred. I explained I had been trying to get a very important medication for several days and that I needed assistance with this to avoid further confusion and the person on the phone refused. Meanwhile I was able to call my doctor and have it filled at a different location, no problem, no expiration. So I’m not sure why I dealt with this to begin with. I don’t recomme

Jeremy is an exceptional young man! He was very help with my purchases. He made sure I received my points using my rewards phone number! He is kind , courteous, helpful and personable!!

I called to have my prescriptions filled a week ago, never got a call back. Called to check, they weren’t filled yet. Waited a couple more days, still no call back, but I called and the automated message said they were ready. I went to pick up and there was a line through the store. One person on the register and 6 people in the back. No one knows what they are doing and no one seems to care. I hate leaving poor reviews, but this is not the first time I’ve had this experience.

Is the pharmacy seem to be overwhelmed. I observed the pharmacist not being very nice. She asked the customer a question that didn't seem to be appropriate at the time

This CVS location is great but the store is dated, dimly lit nasty carpet and ALWAYS an issue with self checkout. I only come for my prescriptions via drive thru because as much as big pharma charges I should receive a bonus for using this run down establishment.
