Wait time is long sometimes and they don’t even acknowledge you when you’re waiting

I've been using this pharmacy for 3 years now and apparently, they hired someone new and this lady is very rude, unprofessional and has a very bad attitude. Her attitude is bad like the wigs in Tyler Perry movies. Her attitude is bad like driving in the rain with bald tires in Southern California; way too many hills. Her attitude is bad like the acting in Tubi movies. Her attitude is bad like the breath of a 2 year old who just woke up and drank 8 ounces of milk and didn't brush their teeth. Her attitude is bad like when the Saints play...any game! Her attitude is bad like the fruit you buy from Walmart and you leave it on the counter for 10 minutes. The manager is the best, the staff is always willing to help me with savings for my meds and I’m so thankful for their knowledge.

This is the second time I have came here and tried to pick up medication for my wife and son and the lady tell me they don’t have anything here in the system for me to pick up they asked for the name & B Day, nothing. My wife calls right up here gives them the same exact information and it magically appears they always do this when I come and when my wife comes they need to start checking the system properly before they just start trying to turn people around

I dread going to this particular CVS pharmacy but have to because other branches are much further away. The staff is very slow in responding and if there is a line, you have to REALLY wait if you are toward the end of the line! The majority of the customers are black. I am brown, an Asian Indian, with a difficult name to pronounce and an accent. If I happen to be the only customer at the counter, one of the staff in particular, a lady with bright red braids, completely ignores me. This happened today. She was the only other staff, besides the pharmacist, and the latter was on the phone. I stood waiting for nearly 15 minutes and she paid no attention to me. Ultimately, I called out to her to get her attention and her response was a mumble. I called out again, and she came up to the counter
