CVS Pharmacy

CVS Pharmacy has the worst pharmacy service I have experienced. Customer service is essentially nonexistent, wait times are poorly managed, and there is no sense of urgency or accountability. Staff members are consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, making even simple interactions frustrating. Prescriptions are delayed without explanation, and concerns are met with arrogance rather than assistance. This pharmacy shows a complete lack of respect for customers and their time. I strongly advise avoiding this location if you expect basic courtesy or competent service.

This is the worse CVS. Every time I have to come to this center whether it’s for pharmacy or regular store needs everyone is miserable including Minute Clinic. Shahar and Mace both have terrible customer service at the pharmacy- it’s like pulling teeth to get prescription filled or transferred. I will start getting my service else where because at this point it’s too much hassle for my dollars.

I picked up my medication today and received an outstanding service from the rep at the counter, even when the line was long, she was outstanding. I wish I remember her name. Thanks so much!

Because people all the time they smile, they’re very nice very respectful. Even if they have a long line, the Time goes very fast.

Half the time the staff is wonderful and supportive and the other half grumpy. Also half the time my card on file disappears. Annoying. And don't get me started on prices.
