CVS Pharmacy

Whenever I go into the store doesn’t matter the day the time the people are always professional they greet you with a smile they make you feel welcome. They always go out of their way to help you Melissa and Ashley have always been on point with me in the pharmacy and Ken is always been an amazing manager and also also always willing to help

I appreciate the professional customer service and concern the staff shows.It is pleasant to know somebody cares.CVS continue the outstanding and prompt services you provide to customers like me.

Hard working and helpful staff from the pharmacy team to the manager and clerks. They answer questions and provide hands on help w/o making you feel like rushed

If I could give a 0 I would. Lady at front registers at 425pm on April 17th 2025 very rude! I like to check out with an actual person rather then a machine! She was mad had an attitude and with that attitude helped check out items in the self serve as to make a point while having attitude. I had items that had anti theft because as soon as I walked through the sensors it went off!!!! She didn't do her job either in making sure that any anti theft on the items was disabled. Very rude person i wonder if her name is Melissa because I see other negative review 5 months ago mentioning her! Cvs needs to do something I own a business and would never treat customers this way!

Pharmacy either doesnt know what they are doing or they simply do not care. Was given a call that prescription was filled and ready for pickup at 12:16 pm went to grab it around 2:20 ish to give some leeway. Most CVS pharmacies take longer than expected for filling prescriptions. The prescription is for my 7 day old daughter who has thrush and is in pain and struggling to eat. They refused to give prescription when my husband went in, said they needed to call the doctor for clarification for an issue with the prescription. Why was this not done hours ago before you called and said it was filled. I went in after to see what exactly was the issue. There was no line and no rush of people so the doctor should have been perfectly capable of calling the doctor in a timely manner. When I went in
