I just visited the pharmacy at the consulting station. I waited several minutes but I wasn't even acknowledged until I called out to a staffer answering the phone. Very busy staff but it needs to do better for a potential new customer.

Went to drive-thru at this store today, picking up RXs for myself and my husband, in two separate transactions. Clerk totally screwed up the process and for some reason my HSA card was declined. Paid for my RX with different method, got home and called the HSA guys, who said my card was good and active, and that no attempts were made on this card today. Very strange. Watch out. Also, be aware that CVS is not your only choice in Crossville. I thought that because BCBS changed from Walgreen's to CVS over a year ago, I had to use CVS exclusively. Wrong. If you check your BCBS benefits, you will find several pharmacies in Crossville that are considered "In Network".

It's not like it used to be. There's always someone new and you don't know who any of them are, you can't develop a relationship with the customers that way. Used to be they knew you on sight, remembered your name, and even your birth date. Currently Diane is the best employee they have there, have had there in a LONG time, and they need to clone her and get rid of the rest of them. Do better by your customers CVS.

I just pulled all my prescriptions from CVS because I finally found someone else so it take my insurance. These people with this pharmacy should not be working. I have had prescriptions there for over a year and every month there has been a delay or a problem, some of them last thing 10 15 days that I had to do without medicine. This is the only drug store I've ever been to that doesn't have drugs. I've gone in there to get my prescriptions filled and waited 10 days because they were out of stock. Amazon deliveries give me made in the same day, and I have to wait 10 days and go into the drugstore three times to get the prescription. They are also very rude, and it's obvious that they don't like their job because they say it out loud. 1 girl said this is why I'm changing jobs, because of al

I have been to CVS for years, it can be slow but staff are usually trying. Today after waiting just a few moments the new pharmacist abruptly told me to step to the consult area - as he ask what I needed behind not only the counter but his work station. That’s fine - requiring me to shout out my birthday; ok I suppose. He asked about my insurance ( again yelling from his back workstation) numbers As I am assessing my card noting it starts to with letters vs numbers and I wanted to ask some questions- he then rudely walks over looks at it loudly stating that’s what I said I did ask him to clarify if he discussed letters.. He continued to get increasingly rude I just told him I would come back - I had questions if he can’t do these simple tasks and without irritation I don’t want him Managin
