CVS Pharmacy

This CVS Pharmacy Lacks empathy and training. They easily are willing to lie to the patient in order to not provide medications and not provide help. They have misrepresented their insurance coverage as well as the success of processing prescriptions. They refuse to be polite and order medications in an appropriate and timely manner. They are overly defeated by what I assume is their pharmacy manager passing it down from the misery that the metrics and district managers pass down. This store tops the cake so far with blatant lies and unwillingness to help without keeping them focused that you are asking them questions only they can answer. If you want healthcare and pharmacists that care and want to be part of your healthcare team CVS is the very last place I would recommend. The monopoly

Razia is amazing! She spotted a long-standing error on my insurance profile that no one else had ever caught. Thanks to her attention to detail and initiative, she corrected a year-long error by personally calling my insurance company on the spot and saving hundreds of dollars on my family’s prescriptions going forward. Her attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference and is so hard to find these days. Razia went above and beyond — thank you for having such an outstanding pharmacy tech on your team! I hope CVS management reads this review and she gets recognition, bonus, and/or promotion she deserves!

I just love there customer service. They make sure you'll aware what's your prescription are.

My daughter was able to obtain her much needed medicine, only after the team at CVS went head to head with her insurance company, and a new doctor who was not providing the prescription correctly. In today's day and age it is rare that you have someone provide customer service in such a caring and dedicated fashion. I am grateful and appreciative for all those at CVS that assisted.

Great pharmacist and pharmacy department! After being terribly disappointed with the #1 Route 70 location, I tried the new Springdale/Rt#70 CVS. The store associates could not be more friendly. This is a CVS where the pharmacy department actually answers the phone and in my particular case, the pharmacist handled a time sensitive situation with a special pre-approved medication. I’m very happy I made the switch.
