CVS Pharmacy

Awful customer service at drop of counter, would not help. Asked for him to check my prescription from the Minute clinic and he told me to sit down and wait. I asked again, if he could check if it was correct one, even showed him the paper and he told me again to sit down and wait. Hour later finally filled my prescriptions and was not all of the prescriptions. The one I asked him about was not in the computer from the clinic. Waited even longer now!! No sorry nothing from him!! Rude!! He also told an elderly lady rudely "you should have picked it up yesterday now you can wait 2 hours". The tone!! We all looked at each other like Good Griefff! Respect and customer service is missing at that CVS from him!

When I called, no one answered, and when I left a message, no one called back. I ordered my medication, and they said it was ready. When I went to pick it up, they told me to wait 20 minutes, but the medication wasn't ready. I asked why, and they said my order wasn't ready because the employee had changed and the medication hadn't been prepared. They told me to wait another 15 minutes, but I waited 25 minutes, and it still wasn't ready. I entered the pharmacy at 3:50 PM and finally received my medication at 4:40 PM. In addition to the poor service from the staff, this is the worst pharmacy I have ever visited in my life.Even after receiving the medication, they didn't say anything about what happened. CVS for decades can never get anything right in the pharmacy. Their computers are always making errors. CVS IT department needs fired and started all over.

Great customer services at Pharmacy drive through Mrs. Oshyra M. Was amazing. Make a big difference being professional and capable to deliver a positive experience.

Had a great experience , staff well trained, helped me , in all i neede had no problems at all .staff Ryan was amazing .i wish CVS would have more people like him .737 cape coral parkway. Much appreciated. The hole store staff are amazing..
