I highly recommend this CVS. They are so helpful, they make sure each customer is treated properly. The pharmacist is wonderful as well. I highly recommend this CVS
Terrible service, especially from the manager. His attitude is completely inappropriate for someone in this type of job. I saw him treat a lady very poorly right before attending to me, and when it was my turn, although he used more “polite” words, his attitude was just as rude. He clearly lacks the patience and professionalism needed to work with customers. I do not recommend this pharmacy. They close from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM, but instead of assisting people who arrive before 1:30 PM—like me, who arrived at 1:12 PM—they just make you wait until 2:00 PM. Then, when 2:00 PM comes, they don’t open on time either, making you wait even longer.
I just got out of the hospital and I was concerned that I'd have an issue picking up my drugs and prescriptions. Thankfully, the pharmacy department was extremely helpful and allowed my family member to get them for me! Something I deeply appreciate because I just can't leave my house right now.
Was looking for a product that showed BOGO 50% off and the one I found wasn't ringing up appropriately. The gentleman at the store found the correct item for me, and came to ring me up afterwards. Very respectful and great customer service! Didn't make me feel stupid for grabbing the wrong item. I hope this continues.
Literally the worst pharmacy I have been to, in any city I've ever lived in. Go anywhere else. ESPECIALLY if you have medication that requires syringes. They will be outright rude to you if you have the nerve to request they give you the right sized needle for your medication. They'll also lie to you on the phone, gossip loudly behind the counter, and act very short with you - which I would care less about if they actually gave you the medication as prescribed. I called all my doctors and switched my medication to a less convenient pharmacy to drive to because this place is so insanely rude and at times cruel.
