CVS Pharmacy

I left a VM for two prescriptions for a patient since the phone was not being answered due to, what I was later told, as being understaffed; a motif with CVS these days. Patient was told nothing was received and called us back. But it's because they're too understaffed to check VM at a regular basis. When I called back again and was on hold the phone was disconnected. I called back again and was told their understaffed, and from the sound of it they seem stressed there. I'm not sure this is the best pharmacy to use if you're looking to get your medication ASAP due to them being understaffed at this time. I feel bad for those that work there as this isn't their fault... just an FYI for anyone looking for a prompt pharmacy.

This place gets worse and worse, now you have to self serve at the pharmacy touching a nasty screen that is visible for everyone to see you enter your private information if it even responds to your touch. I don't work there and when having an issue the employees treat you as if you are required to know how to operate their glitchy system. They will give you attitude, talk about and ridicule you to each other where other customers can hear. Will take a chance and go to Walgreens or a small independent. I now make sure I buy nothing at any CVS, their prices are bloated anyway, sale prices are higher than regular prices everywhere else.

All I wanted to do was call in a prescription refill for my fiancé which I’ve done a thousand times before. Now the brilliant computer doesn’t recognize his information even though he’s been receiving his medication from this location for four years. Maybe if it ain’t broke don’t fix it🤷🏽‍♀️

Wonderful employees and great pharmacist. Horrible new computer system to get your meds. Everything takes much, much longer. If you have a question or issue, you have to waste more time waiting in another line. I am shocked that after Covid, they now have us all putting our fingers all over a touchscreen. It's dirty, inefficient and often doesn't work well. Bringing these in was a very poor decision. It seems to be just a cost-saving measure to employ less people.

Deborah, Song and Jordan helped me tremendously on a Friday night after my Doctor left for the weekend. The team was efficient, have excellent customer service and so very courteous! Thank you so much!
