Elwyn Pharmacy

I have recently changed my prescriptions from a large retail pharmacy to this local neighborhood pharmacy and I’ve enjoyed the change. The communication is wonderful and I enjoy the pleasant interactions with the staff and pharmacists. I enjoy the individual attention and especially like NO waiting in line.

Some of the workers there are so rude. And it's just a mess. I specifically ask for one prescription when I get there, and they give me ones I didn't even request a refill for, and NOT the one I went for! My fault for not checking before I left the store because it's happened multiple times, but if I specifically ask for one medication I would think they would give it to me. Will not be transferring over with them when they move to the new location. I've been with this pharmacy for 30 years, and it's just this past year or so it's a mess.

The pharmacy processes orders quickly and always has been able to deliver what was requested. They ave a great collection of greeting cards. But they are rude. Laughed in my face because I couldn’t remember the name of my medication. Digging around in my phone, they thought that was funny. Turns out it’s 9 syllables in Greek. My native language is English. Think I’ll go somewhere else.

Want to thank Giuseppe and the staff at Elwyn Pharmacy for helping me get a extended size knee brace. Tried a couple but weren't big enough. Giuseppe went and found one from another supplier. Answered my questions and were extremely helpful. Thanks again!!!!!!

I never write any review regardless good or bad. But this time, I just cannot stand it. The worst experience ever with this company. Had some problem with the order so I called and while I was talking to the staff she hung up on me. I was frustrated but very polite, and I was still talking but she hung up. I was not finished. They have my number but they did not call me back. This was not my first time frustrated with this pharmacy but this time was the worst.
