I am totally satisfied with their service. They are helpful knowledgeable and friendly. The best pharmacy I have dealt with ever!

When I first transferred to this pharmacy I was really pleased to see the personal care they delivered . It was a much better expierence than the local big box pharmacy. Unfortunately , as they have grown I have found that personal , caring touch is not what it used to be . I have had a few issues where communication would have ended in positive customer satisfaction, but that did not happen . I hope they don’t fall in the same category as the big box pharmcies and wish them the best . Communication is key to customer satisfaction .

Really helpful had problems with new manufacturer of my medicine. But they help me to get my old manufacturer of my original medicine back. No hassle just helpful thank you giant.

I switched to this Giant years ago when the manager moved from the Springfield store...he's retired and now Mike has moved up but the excellent service has continued all these years. Mike, Vinnie and the team provide that good old fashioned service that used to be the norm...I appreciate all that they do!
