I’ve had nothing but exceptional experiences with Cassey Optical for the several years in which I’ve used their services. Dr. Caitlyn Cassey is extraordinary—highly competent, pleasant, empathetic, and willing and able to answer a multitude of questions. She’s my favorite provider of the countless number I’ve seen over a long lifetime. The staff is also friendly and has always been helpful with anything I’ve needed. Check-in is fast and appointment times are consistently met. Please consider this office if you’re looking for a place you can trust with something as important as your vision.

Dr. Cassey is the absolute best!!!! Can't imagine a finer doctor or someone who cares more about his patients. And on top of all that, thr staff there are equally as wonderful! I am so thankful for them all!

I have been Cassey's for a number of years now . I have been seeing Dr. Lee for about at least 5 years and have been very happy with her service . So why even thinking about changing. I started with your Springfield office. Bill Lavery

The clinical side of Cassey's is great; however, they are due for some much needed upgrades to the office (feels very dated), billing systems (cannot pay online), and a relook at how they include services. I feel like each time I go, I'm nickle and dimed or attempted to be "sold up" for optical mapping instead of dilation.

Friendly receptionist, professionals explained processes, variety of glasses available, able to be place order for glasses that day. Glasses completed in given timeline.
