Lina is a pharmacist that should not work with people. There are many usefull good jobs where you shouldn't interact with people and help them with lifesaving meds. Completely unprofessional, rude not only with me but with insurance representative that was on a call with me. Switched to another location. Good luck with your orders, you need it.
My favorite staff member is James, friendliest and very accommodating. He does everything! Therefore he knows everything CVS. Some other staff members in pharmacy particularly not so friendly. But the new screen check in helps with long wait time.
Any time that I have had a prescription called in or refilled, at this particular CVS, they do so in a timely manner. They are also friendly, helpful and polite. Thank you.
I showed them my coupon and she took my phone and left with it. Why do you think you can just grab my phone and leave? If my money get stolen I can sue them!
New kiosk check in is an absurd waster of time, I’d rather go to wallgreens and other cvs nearby that offer drive thru pharmacy
