CVS Pharmacy

I am writing to formally share my concern regarding a recent visit to your CVS location for my children’s flu vaccinations. As a nurse who works with the pediatric population in healthcare, it was immediately evident that the pharmacist administering vaccines had no prior experience or training in working with young children. My 3-year-old was the first to be vaccinated. The pharmacist appeared unsure of the proper technique, and after inserting just the tip of the needle into his skin, she became visibly nervous and withdrew it. This occurred twice! At that point, my son became hysterical, and I requested to move on to my older children. Even then, the pharmacist continued to appear fearful, hesitant, and uncertain—behavior that is extremely concerning for someone responsible for adminis

Angela in the CVS pharmacy in Berkeley Heights is the best. She is very knowledgable, kind, patient, a take charge kind of person. Because of her, I am switching my Rxs from a competitor to this CVS. Thank you Angela!,

Staff here is knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. I feel valued as a customer and am treated with care. Somehow they remember my name and also ask about my family. Honestly, this is my store because the staff makes it a wonderful experience.

Received Tdap vaccine today. Easy online appointment, efficient registration and technician who administered vaccine was friendly and technically excellent.

I've had vaccinations here and the staff is friendly and professional. Glad to have them nearby and I appreciate the work they do.
