CVS Pharmacy

Came here a few weeks ago for flu shots for me and my family. Was waiting at drop off for over 5 minutes, hearing staff talk amongst each other, not once were we greeted or acknowledged. So we left and went to Walgreens. Another time, I fully paid for a prescription out of pocket. I wanted to use good rx because I don't have insurance. Having worked at CVS before, I know they ask for insurance so I waited but they didn't ask so I thought theyd run it through a discount. Nope.

Have been using this pharmacy for years! I have yet to have a bad experience with anyone in person or on the phone. Always very helpful and accommodating!

I normally have a great experience here, but last night I arrived and gave them new insurance info, they had me sit down while they put it in they took around 7 people while she had me sitting called me back up at 6:59 and then refused to run a discount card for me told me I would have to come back tomorrow bc they were closing then proceeded to take someone else that walked up behind me after she said they were closed. Worst experience ever!

Everyone has always been friendly and helpful! Been with them 15 yrs
