The pharmacy technician (Adam) was rude and dismissive. I waited at the pharmacy register while two customers were helped ahead of me, and when it was finally my turn, he told me to go to the front of the store to pay. There were five pharmacy technicians standing behind the counter doing nothing. Adam claimed this was “store policy,” which is not true—I have paid at the pharmacy register many times before. This was poor customer service, poorly communicated, and completely unnecessary. If CVS has changed its policy, staff need to be trained to explain it respectfully instead of brushing customers off.

What a waste with talking to AI just to see if my new prescription is ready or not. Any little noise upset the system and hangup on you. I’m wondering people who recommend this kind nonsense systems to interact with paid customers, do they try themselves to see how happy with the systems. Keep it up pretty soon more locations will be closing. I will think 4 times before I order again my prescription with cvs.

If I could I would leave 0 stars! I got an email that my photos are ready for pickup and they were not. Following day I am calling into the store to ask if they are ready to not waste my time again and I have gotten hung up on 4 times. I can actually hear the associate pick up the phone and put it back to hang up the call at this moment. Never come here, terrible service!

I mean, pharmacists people that work in cvs so rude. I asked something and two pharmacists laughing at each other. Other lady just ride for no reason. I like the one with the glasses lady. She is very welcoming. Other people are not acting professionals. They shouldn’t even work there.

Sitting in first lane for ten minutes now. One car ahead at window. First I pulled in to second window. After listening to robot telling me to wait, human informed me lane two was not working. No si gage informing lane two is closed. Finally at window to view the broken fence supposed to hide the garbage. It doesn't. I don't like it here. Walgreens HAS to be better.
