CVS Health

This corporation needs to educate their own employees about informing patients about any changes to their medications . This is the law & particularly important when a patient has a specific mfg/brand of preferred generic for years & suddenly they fill your script with something different . Had that been done , I wouldn't be going through hell in order to get my script fixed & have to pay it myself as well . My Dr didn't make the mistake . The pharmacy on Calumet Ave. in Hammond Indiana did by not saying anything about my medication changed to a different pharmaceutical company that has been sued multiple times & ongoing from patients who suffered serious harm from this same medication I was given & not informed of it

I would give a -☆ if I could. Im stuck filling at cvs because of my insurance otherwise wouldn't step foot in there. I have been trying to get someone to tell your text and website is messed up sending and posting wrong info but NO ONE seems to be able to help!! You have taken the SERVICE out of customer service. Now we have to leave a message and wait, hope for call back. You can't even leave message on machine during their lunch! And the rudeness and "games" they play when it comes to filling your Rx is outrageous! Not just one location but many many. Google cvs complaints or reviews and you will see page after page of same complaints. One would think since it's the most expensive pharmacy you would get better service but all you get are rude, lying employees and text/app info that's alw

Medication that is needed suddenly the cost jumps an insane amount. CVS reps initially have no clue. Send them documents they request and they still cannot address the giant change in price. The pharmacy and doctor all agree CVS is at fault here. Both have done their do diligence to continue this needed meds. CVS serving some greedy insurance company, not the patient who is trying to actually afford medication They need. If you can skip these middlemen, please do.

Yes I first have to say that the CVS Company has become my overall n fav drugstore. I have just DROPPED Walgreens. The $10, monthly n the coupons are THE BOMB!!! But.............recently,n just yesterday my husband n I of course were overjoyed because again......it was time for us to get our deals with the AWESOME coupons. We were at the 103 pulaski store in Evergreen pk, Chicago, when the cashier told us that our coupons were not picking up our ph #,n she kept saying u must have another #, n we kept telling her we didn't. To no avail, we weren't able to use our coupons there, but we went down the street to another CVS, and were successful. The service at the other store made us fee like dag, we were stupid, n they had a VERY NASTY attitude. Again we shop at CVS alllllll the time,n we feel

Cvs in Lindenhurst used to do well but lately the lack of communication is rampant and the lies even worse. You have to be your own advocate on your txs and health. I'll be talking g to not our own insurance Co but with pharmacy manager.
