Customer Reviews
DENIED SERVICES, DO NOT USE THIS CVS. The NP on site her with braids is very rude! I checked in and was a few minutes late. But the nurse practitioner was in with a patient. So I went to the Bathroom. When I came out. I sat down the nurse practitioner came out asked my name and then said because I went to the Bathroom I could not be seen. This the worst experience, called support and was told at first I could not log a formal complaint. Another patient showed up while I was waiting on customer support. Finally after 30 minutes, Amy with customer support got approval to file a formal complaint against the Nurse practitioner. I wrote this review while I was at the CVS. During the writing of this review there were no other patients checked in or being seen. Amy stated that they took walk-ins.
I had a very disappointing experience at the CVS MinuteClinic. I came in seeking help for ongoing GERD/heartburn symptoms and was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude instead of care or empathy. Rather than focusing on treatment, the clinician questioned why I didn’t come in sooner or see my primary care provider, despite me clearly explaining scheduling constraints. The interaction felt judgmental and condescending, not patient-centered. When I asked about a work note after being out sick for several days, the response was abrupt and lacked any effort to explain options or provide guidance. I understand clinic policies exist, but the way this was communicated showed poor bedside manner and customer service. Healthcare providers should treat patients with respect, especially
Never had such a bad experience at CVS. The “pharmacist” Brooke inserted herself in to what would have been a great experience. I work in the medical field and reached out to some of my colleagues. I’ve since had others share that she has made their experiences a negative one as well. While I won’t get in to specifics (I’ll admit at some point I just wanted to disagree with everything she was saying-even on the 1 point she made that I did agree on-because I was done dealing with her), but let me give some food for thought….1) look at people when you talk to them. Poor eye contact is a sign of a weak character; 2) don’t threaten to withhold a prescription that a doctor wrote because there are 2 different doses (I have many prescriptions where I have 2 different doses-I.e. thyroid meds); 3)
Crazy that I can’t put this experience at a 0. While I only had a minimal interaction with the pharmacy while my wife was trying to get a prescription, I can clearly tell they are the rudest pharmacy I have ever seen. Had we looked at previous reviews before hand, we would have seen the same previous experiences. They will make fun of your last name and even comment on you walking out of their pharmacy all within earshot of customers. Absurd behavior. We can’t wait to take our business to any other pharmacy other than this. Can’t believe that anyone can get away with treating customers some poorly.
I brought my wife to the Minute Clinic to be tested for a virus. The practitioner came out, verified my wife's identification, and said she could not see her. She gave no explanation and quickly walked away. My wife had made an appointment and was not a walk-in. I find this to be extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. We were the only people at the clinic, and we can clearly see why. If corporate wishes to see this place succeed, it would be in their best interest to address this with the NP. (Yes, it was the NP with braids as other complaints have described.)
