CVS

We went to drop off some scripts after I got my wisdom teeth out. We were informed there was no staff to operate the drive thru so we’d have to come inside. I understand staffing shortages, so that was fine. I was just a bit confused as to why they didn’t put a sign up in the window. Anyway, we go inside and are told the scripts would be done after their lunch break, which was about 1 1/2 - 2 hours away. They could have easily filled it before break as we were willing to wait in store. Instead, they took almost 3 hours to get me my scripts. By that time all the numbing from the dentist had worn off and I was in so much pain. 3 hours for one normal script, a dose pack, and a mouthwash? Ridiculous. Edit: forgot to add, my boyfriend asked if my insurance was applied and they told us yes. It

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This pharmacy is the absolute worst. They don't have things ready in a timely manner. They don't pay attention to doctor's notes or orders which causes them to fill things incorrectly. I was told to call and make sure that it was done correctly prior to coming to pick up. That is absolutely insane. I requested that they not fill anymore of our scripts and had everything moved to a different location. They filled a script anyway. When I called and left a message and requested my call be returned so that I could get that script transferred, they never returned my call or transferred the filled script. Nevermind the fact that I have a disability and can't always get out to try and get things from this location.

The staff throughout the store is great but the Pharmacy staff is amazing! Even though they are always extremely busy, they remain positive as they get through the line. They know me by name which makes my feel super important. I have been and plan to be a long term customer. I will always recommend!

This CVS has excellent service from the front to the back of the store. The associates took time with me, answered my questions and the Wonderful Pharmacist on duty that day was absolutely FANTASTIC in assisting me with the perfect purchase. Thank you All. Very disappointing experience. I went to this store to buy an item that was locked in a cabinet. An employee told me someone with the key would come to open it, but no one ever came. I waited more than 10 minutes. When I went back to the front, I saw the employee and the guy with the key talking together and ignoring me. No one apologized for wasting my time. In 2025, a Black man should be able to shop without being treated like a suspect. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable.
