Urgent Care Express Gladstone

I don't normally take the time to leave review, but I was so impressed with the staff, the facility, and the efficiency in care. Dorothy Cox is absolutely amazing. She is the best NP I have been to in years. She listens to you and does the tests necessary to give me answers. She was so attentive, thorough, and incredibly kind. She explained everything clearly and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. It is rare to find a provide who cares. Absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, there was a wonderful vibe and everyone was genuinely compassionate! Just absolutely refreshing.

Was diagnosed with a skin virus. Nurse was very polite and listened to my concerns and looked at my rash. Then doc came in. SUPER nice and friendly. Old school! He even talked to me about my interests and what I did. Was given a prescription and out the door. Highly recommend this place. Super clean and everyone was very kind.

So happy to have this in my area!!! The doctor and staff were amazing! While I waited there was complimentary soda/water/coffee but I didn’t have to wait very long before being seen. Dr. Shafe was fantastic I definitely recommend him and his staff!! Thank you so much for being here for our community!!!

Its February 11, 2026. This is my 1st time coming to this clinic, and I absolutely love it, such a warm welcoming ,clean atmosphere the staff are so nice and friendly the receptionist is super nice. Its hard to find staff like this now a days. Dr. Cox is so knowledgeable and takes her time and listens to you and takes good care of you with such a sweet sofe calming voice. Thank you everybody for the such a wonderful and warm welcoming. Will be back if ever sick again hopefully not anytime soon haha.

Dorthy C treated me today for an illness and was phenomenal. The speed and efficiency at this location is remarkable. I have never had as good as an experience at an urgent care as I have today!
