Gladstone Dental And Implants

I've been going to Gladstone Dental and Implants for a few years now. I have always had a good experience and they've helped to ease any dental concerns I may have. My hygienist Barb is my favorite! Highly recommend this office and Barb!

Avoid the headache and disrespect and go somewhere else. Long, but honest review here... While I was always impressed and felt at home with the dentists and hygienists at this office, the front desk staff ruined my experience and trust in this business. First off, for understandable reasons, my appointment for a regular cleaning was canceled 3 times the night before or day of, when I requested and took time off work each time--once for a snow day, another for a sick hygienist, and the 3rd time the suction wasn't working in the office. I understand things come up and can't always be avoided, but it's difficult when you're a professional with limited time off and you take days for nothing. I had a crown break that I had done at this dentist. I went in to see what could be done. The dentist put a temporary crown on. Because the crown was less than 5 years old, my insurance provider refused to pay. Stuck with the full amount and due to multiple layoffs I knew I couldn't afford it. They had me apply for a credit line which I only qualified for a third of the cost. I knew due to the uncertainty of my employment I was unable to commit so I left. I did sign paperwork which I assumed was for the tempory crown. After carefully considering my options, I decided to have the tooth pulled. When I called they agreed to reduce the cost of the crown to $972. I knew that I couldn't afford that either so I asked if my insurance covered the extraction and they would but I would still

Great experience! Doctor gave me a filling, no numbing using a laser and did not hurt at all!

They threw away two loyal clients over a delayed $234.00. I was a client for 30 years, my wife 20 years. No problems until 4/10/2025. My wife went for basic cleaning 4/9/2025. An hour after leaving their office ~2:30 pm, she got a call from them saying the insurance is inactive. She told them we would investigate and call back. Just after 3 pm I verified the premium was paid via debit on 4/1/2025 as usual. Then, sent an email to the insurance administrator. The next day, 4/10/2025, I had not heard from the insurance. So, I called the dental office to let them know what we had done and was doing to find out what happened. To please be patient, as we would let them know something later that day. At least three times, in no uncertain terms and tone I was told, “we expect payment when ser
