I understand proper procedures and protocols but when you are a dentist office THAT WORKS WITH KIDS AND PARENTS you need to know how to talk to them. I already had an iffy feeling about bringing my daughter here for her root canal considering the terrible manner this staff has. First hand, when needing to reschedule my daughters vitals appt I get a call from a male there who with attitude says ”is there a GOOD ENOUGH reason for you needing to reschedule because these appointments are important.” while I understand these appointments are important sometimes circumstances change and that is NOT the customer service that should be provided. Secondly, when going to scheduled appt we got there 10 mins early and waited 48 minutes to be seen. When we were seen no one introduced themselves to me o

Yesterday I came because of a situation with my daughter and they scheduled her for a procedure today. Beforehand they explained to me in detail what the treatment would be as well as the care before and after.They were also patient with my 3-year-old daughter (which isn't always easy lol). We love this kids dental office! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a bright, colorful space that feels super fun and welcoming. Each room is decorated with a fun cartoon theme that really helps kids feel relaxed and entertained during their visit. They also have an arcade area my kids actually look forward to going just so they can play before their appointment. The staff is always friendly, patient, and great with children. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a kid friendly dental experience!

Love coming here for my kids dental work. It’s such a great office. My kids love going with Dental Assistant Vianey because they say she’s amazing and sweet with them and they don’t want to go anywhere else. I will continue taking my kids here for as long as I can.

This dental office is exceptionally kid-friendly. The assistants are warm and attentive, and our assistant, Ashelin, was especially gentle and kind with our daughter. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this office.
