Culebra Smiles and Orthodontics

I had a great experience at Culebra Smiles and Orthodontics with Dr. Rahgozar and Alicia during my first temporary crown procedure. I was a little anxious going in, but they were so kind, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. They consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay, which really meant a lot. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care made the process go smoothly and helped me feel at ease the whole time. I am very thankful for the wonderful care they provided and would definitely recommend them to others.

Doctor Benavidez is excellent. So you could trust him to make the right choices for you. I haven't smiled in years and now I can. Bre the assistant is so gentle and com. She explains everything to you.Step by step , she is the best. I'm so happy I picked the right dental clinic. Don't hesitate maker appointment here. I guarantee you'll be happy.

After several years of coming here because of the amazing Dentist, who has since retired, it is no longer worth my time and energy. The front office staff has always been so unorganized. I’ve seen the front office staff turn over many times in 14 years and it never gets better. You’re never seen on time for your appointments, or they forget to save your appointment at the time of booking, or better yet they need to reschedule cause your appointment wasn’t booked correctly the first time even though you made it very clear why and what you needed the appointment for. Worst place ever! Stay away!!! Edit: To make matters worse, just minutes after posting this review above, I learned they never sent the scans for my new retainers — scans that were done five weeks ago and that I paid $750 for.

I had an excellent experience at Culebra Smiles, especially after dealing with ongoing TMJ-related pain that I had been suffering with for nearly two weeks. I came in uncomfortable, frustrated, and unsure of what was causing the pain. From the moment I arrived, the front office staff was attentive, kind, and welcoming. They helped set the tone for a smooth visit and immediately made me feel supported and at ease. Dr. Benavides and his team were outstanding. Dr. Benavides was thorough, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to evaluate what was really going on, explained the findings in a way that made sense, and outlined a clear plan to address both my TMJ pain and the underlying dental issues. For the first time in weeks, I felt relief and confidence knowing I was final

Dr. Sanchez and Alicia are amazing! Had the best experience today at Culebra Smiles & Orthodontics. For first time restorative dentistry I wasn’t sure what to expect and they made me feel so comfortable and in control. I cannot recommend this practice enough!
