Have been going there for years. Dr. Briggs is friendly and professional. Never had a problem from any of the staff. Went in a couple of times to have my frames adjusted (my fault) and they took care of it quickly and correctly. New glasses have always been ready for pickup in a reasonable timeframe, usually within two weeks. Highest recommendation.

I’ve been coming here going on 10 years and Dr. Briggs has always taken excellent care of me. He’s incredibly thorough and one of the kindest people I’ve met in my life. The office staff is approachable and kind, very helpful. I even came here after moving three hours away due to the excellent care they’ve provided myself and my family through the years. I HIGHLY recommend CVC to anyone and everyone especially those with special vision needs such as diabetes or glaucoma. 10/10

I've been going to Dr. Briggs since I was a kid. Always treated me good and very personable. Never had any major issues with them for casual glasses or getting glasses for work. The staff of course has changed over the years so you get used to working with certain people but overall good people to work with.

First it takes 3 months to get in for an appointment. Their hours are so incredibly inconvenient for working people. They are not open late or weekends or Wednesdays. The staff are not very competent. I paid my bill and a couple hours later they call and they forgot to charge me for the exam. They only called me when my glasses came and forgot to call me for when my contacts came in. It took a month for my contacts to come in. I tried to call multiple times to get a staff member to schedule a time to get my glasses cut but they never answer (this was during normal business hours). This was my first experience here but I’d never go back. Also I now found out they are paying people to leave good reviews. They’ll give you 15 dollars off your order if you leave a good review on google. Maybe

Had my eye exam Dec 10th never received my glasses until the last week in January, when I called to check on them I was told that the shipment was lost, then they came in and was cut wrong and had to be ordered again. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and took both my boys their for their eye exams on Jan 21st, still don’t have their glasses as of March 4th, called today to check on them and was given the same run around about a high shipment was lost and they had to be reordered. I would recommend another eye place if you want to actually receive your glasses in a timely fashion without a run around!
