Lauren is amazing -- she has helped me tremendously in releasing jaw and neck tension that other therapists haven't been able to do. I love her combined approach of craniosacral therapy plus massage. I was able to go deeper into relaxation! Her space is very relaxing and she always holds a wonderful energy and presence. She is very tuned in with her clients. Very grateful to have found her!

I’m feeling so relaxed and refreshed after my 60 minute massage with Lauren! She takes her time to allow the muscles to relax to actually want to receive deep tissue work which is so important! I was also noticing her finding and addressing trigger points. Her touch is very therapeutic and I was able to easily relax during the massage which means she takes care of herself too! I’m very sensitive to energy and can feel if things are off and I felt great the whole time. I highly recommend checking out her services!
