This company should not even be in business. We have gotten the run around with them blaming our Insurance company for the delay. Of course we are in contact with our insurance as well. Crazily enough when we switched to a different company we got approved and set up within 24 hours. They keep talking about their Marshall office which doesn't even exist anymore as they moved to Longview. They do not return phone calls and they rarely answer the phone. When you are lucky enough to get a person on the line they are rude and unhelpful and all they do is blame someone else. This used to be a great company, I don't know what happened to them but they will not get our business.

This used to be a top notch company but over the last year that have fallen apart. In the last six months I have received one month of critical tube feeding supplies for my daughter. (Yes we had insurance approval for these supplies)! You can call and they aren’t helpful. They say the person in charge of that department will call you back and they don’t. If you need medical supplies this isn’t the right company for you. We are now using a new DME and received our first batch of supplies 5 days after I talked with them.

These are the best in this area by far. I could NOT think of any way they could improve on their service. I had originally been in contact with their competitor and the difference was night and day! They went out of their way to supply me with the setup that I needed and they took their time to share their knowledge with me. I wish all companies cared as much about treating their customers right, as Cross Medical does.

Typically, the staff is poorly trained and very disorganized. Earlier today, when I called to check on the availability of new supplies (should be a simple process), I had to speak to three different people. I was placed on a long hold before speaking to each person. None of them were properly informed or helpful.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. "You need a prescription for a report." Later, "You don't need a prescription for a report. We'll have a representative contact you to help set up for reports." Never happened.
