This was my first time here. They had my cat's name up on a white board to make us feel welcome. It's the little things that go a long way. I genuinely felt like they cared. My cat had an appointment earlier this month and she's normally not great at the vet. She did so good with the tech or assistant and the doctor. She hissed once while getting her weight. But my cat hasn't had a proper exam in a little bit because last time (at a different clinic) she wouldn't let the doctor do a proper exam. Which is concerning for me because I want to know if everything feels and sounds good. I had the first appointment of the day so there wasn't anyone else in the lobby. My cat doesn't like when there's dogs in the lobby, it stresses her out and makes the exam harder. So I planned to be the first one

Have an 8 week old puppy that got sudden "stomach issues"(duh duh duh diahrrea)... Already had 1 parvo shot but that isnt a full prevention.. and vomited also. Normal vet couldn't see him, despite explaining details and concern so I called here. As soon as doctor was in, they explained, called me back and scheduled an appt same day. They were the most amazing people and very dedicated to their work. When I showed up, knew my name, my pups name, and we were seen right on time. Parvo negative!! ( huzzah) Little booger got hookworms and they got him fixed up really awesome. Sure, not my 'normal' vet, but they are super AWESOME and caring. This is now IKE's new vet. Did I mention Ike was such a GOOD BOY. They gave love and attention, my doggie was ultra calm with them no matter what needed

I wanted to edit my original review now that Dr. Nichols has retired and Crestway Animal Clinic is now in the very capable hands of Dr. Kelly. I now have 8 cats, and I would be completely lost without this clinic. Most of my cats were ferals and can be quite nervous around other people, but they adore the entire staff here. Dr. Kelly is passionate, caring, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to do what is in the best interest of each animal as an individual - something that I believe to be a top (and rare) quality in a vet. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and supportive (vet visits are actually something I look forward to because I know I get to see the wonderful people there!) They have also recently increased their hours and decreased their prices... they are now one of the mo

We inherited several feral cats from our dear neighbors, who passed away within weeks of each other. One of the males, a light ginger, was always mean, with obvious breathing and sinus issues. Their vet kept prescribing allergy meds to no avail. We stopped seeing him, assuming he had found a new home or had died. Two years later, we saw him, skin and bones, with open sores and flies swarming over him. He entered our house (strangely) and collapsed, moaning and begging for help. I took him to Dr. Kelly, thinking he had to be euthanized. She thought there was hope of saving him and asked me if she could “work with him” for a bit. I said yes. She found and removed a huge mass from his throat, which was the cause of all his problems. He is now a friendly, meowing cat who has gained a

We took our dogs for their first visit with Dr. Kelly today. She and her staff were caring, compassionate and took great care with our pets. Our Jojo (pug) and Gig (teacup yorkie) loved them and so did we. We hope we have found our forever vet.
