Crescent Care

I have been staying at this facility since November 21, 2025. They have poor air ventilation and no screen windows where you can get fresh air oxygen. Viruses are and bacteria everywhere. Very unsanitary at this facility. Employees are bringing influenza into this place and patients are getting sick and not being tested. I am one of the patients who got sick here and had to see my outside primary care physician on January 12th to find out I had influenza virus. The Nurse director placed me in isolation off word of mouth and I discovered Friday January 16, 2026 that I wa sleeping on a shoe stepped on mattress with urine smell. I was shocked. I am going to report this place to H.I.P.P.A. because I dont want this to happen to another incoming resident coming to this facility. Cresent Care

My uncle is staying there and told me the new laundry guy is great he washes and bring back his clothes 2 times a week im glad my uncle has clean clothes when i go visit him .

My parents were at Crescent Care for 18 months total between them - 2022-2024. It's important to consider current info when deciding on a nursing home because management & staff change over time. There was not one person who worked there that was anything other than competent, helpful, and pleasant - to us as visitors, and to my parents - from the guy mopping the floor, to the nursing staff, to the activities staff, to management. The staff seemed happy - like they considered it a good place to work. They were happy to sit down with us for a meeting when we wanted updates (all the staff that worked with my parents gave a report at each meeting). My papa is at Crescent Care. Great experience so far. The staff is so friendly, nurturing, and attentive! The place is very clean and smells nice. The residents look happy and comfortable.

I have nothing but good to say about Crescent Care! Even though it’s an older building, the Staff, Management, and Therapists are top notch! They take Excellent care of my husband and are Always available when he needs something! The nurses & CNA’s are Awesome & have an Excellent rapport with their patients! Another outstanding quality I am Very impressed with is their security! You have to check in via a photo machine & type in who you are there to visit! Then it spits out your photo pass with the patients name! Security is one of the main issues I am concerned with, so I feel confident at night when I leave that my husband will be safe! I understand it’s under new management & they are doing a Great job at remodeling the building with new flooring & paint with even more to come! I have r
