Creodent Lab really came through for our office. There was a mix-up with a due date on a case, and they sent one of their own staff members to personally drive the case from their Fishkill location to my office in Staten Island. That level of accountability says a lot. I work closely with Edgar, who has been an excellent liaison responsive, professional, and always on top of communication. The quality of work and commitment to doing right by the doctor and patient makes Creodent a lab I’m happy to continue working with. Keep up the god work so we can keep people smiling. Creodent has been very good to us. Customer service and work quality has been excellent. From designers, technicians and phone service have been always reliable and very helpful. Personally I have been dealing with Jose who is an expert master technician, Diane who is an excellent CAD designer and then Nick, Brian, Brenda, Stephanie, Angelica, Yuna and occasionally Monica (I know there are other people at Creo who do great and important work for me but I do not interact with them) are always very friendly, helpful and have great ways to communicate and keeping me abreast of the work load.
