Melissa is rude! They need to get rid of her. This is the second time she has spoken to my Mother, very rude ,My Mother doesn't understand English, but apparently, neither does Melissa, Melissa was very rude in telling my Mother,there is nothing one that speaks, Spanish. A minute later I explain the situation, and all of a sudden,there is a translator. She needs to be fired for lying and if she didn't understand,"Melissa", why would she ask? Why do you need my name? But apparently she doesn't understand, Spanish! I wk in the medical field. Melissa, just needs to stop lying,and answering back ,if she doesn't know , Spanish.. Very, well and quick to answer? Plz explain that to me?

I never had any problems with this pharmacy up til now, not sure what happened to the helpful staff but the customer service is trash, and staff are confrontational, will sit on the phone with clients and go back and forth with clients, not too mention the staff telling me that he was not going to serve my daughter her meds because I asked to speak with someone else due to strong accent that I barley could understand, the fact he refused to put someone on the phone but to continue to want to match his tone with my tone is not great customer service, I find it very ghetto. The only good thing about this pharmacy is they deliver too your home but after I was treated wrong I'm convince I don't want nor need their services .

I needed to refill my hydrocodone and CVS didn't have any so I came here. They charged me over 80 dollars for a 90 day prescription of 10/325 in January. When I asked why it was so much they gave me some lame excuse that they were low on hydrocodone because the manufacturers have been slow to ship due to classification relabeling. The truth is that Crawford, CVS, and Walgreens are under investigation by the federal government and are only allowed to sell a certain amount. Last week I went to HEB and they charged me the regular amount of 17 dollars.

Love this my Crawford Pharmacy the whole staff is so nice, professional & quick. It is also so family oriented. Great hours & they deliver to BLESSINGS ✝️
